Out of Minutes?
Excuse me if this is old news, but it's new to me. I accidentally stumbled across a new, free music site: last.fm. Pandora has gotten me through countless finals and work days, but I have grown frustrated with some of the "related music" they play. I would love to know who decided that urgent emergency is similar to Taylor Swift. So whether you're tired of Pandora playing music that sounds nothing like your "station" or you've run out your monthly allotted minutes, Last FM is a great alternative!

Texas on My Mind
For the next few days, I'll be back in the Lone Star State and several of my fabulous and creative friends will be guest posting on how their hometowns play an influence and have inspired their creativity. They're so great I'm afraid you'll ditch this and solely follow them.

Afternoon Delight

When traveling back to Texas, I do not just pack a bag and board the plan. As we like to say, "It's a whole 'nother country," which means I like to be mentally prepared. First step, listen to only Texas country. DC meet Eli Young Band.

About Me
- DCSheke
- Washington, DC
- They say, "DC has Northern hospitality with a southern pace of progress." The same is true when it comes to fashion: southern style combined with the restrictions of Northern weather and Wall-Street black suit. My goal is to add some color to the mix on the limited budget most young professionals in the District face.
